A: All our products are made 3D printed using high-quality PLA filament - it's lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly - Just don't go throwing it against anything!
Q: Are your prints safe for kids?
A: Our toys are generally safe, but they may contain small parts. We recommend them for ages 6+ and advise adult supervision for younger kids.
Q: Can I request a custom color or design?
A: Absolutely! You can message us through the contact page. We'll see what we can do depending on your request.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on the way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Right now, we're focusing on local orders within Australia, but we're hoping to expand soon!
Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: We'll fix it! Just send a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item and we'll offer a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Right now, we are only based online - We are hoping to move to a physical store or local pickup soon!
Q: Why do some colors or designs vary slightly?
A: Each print is made individually, so there may be minor differences. That's the beauty of handcrafted 3D printing!
